  • The Spa Area (opened from Oct 1st to end of May, frm 9Am to 12Am and from 5Pm to 7Pm. Due to Covid and the obligation for energy sobriety, we are unfortunately forced to inform you with regrets that the Hammam is not currently open.): Private Spa & Hammam. Sport/Fitness Rooms.

• Check-in between 5pm and 9 pm.

• Early check in between 3pm and 5pm on request only, with an extra 30€

• Check-out between 8.30 Am and 10.30Pm.

• Late Check-Out until 1pm only on request only, with an extra 30 €.

Reservation & Payment Policies

• Reservation : For being effective and confirmed, we ask our future guests to prepay a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
• Payment: The balance of 50% will be made at the latest at the time of check-out.
• We Remind that at our guest’s request for ensuring perfect calm, Le Clos Geraldy is not accessible to kids and pets.
  

Cancellation Policies.

• Low season Cancelation : If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, the the Guest House does not charge. If canceled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, the Guest House requires 50% of the total booking amount. If canceled or modified later or no-show, the Guest House requires 100% of the total booking amount.
• High season Cancelation : If canceled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, the Guest House does not charge. If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, the property requires 50% of the total booking amount. If canceled or modified later or no-show, the hotel charges the total amount of the reservation.

MEDIATION :

In accordance with the law, we have appointed an independent mediator for the amicable resolution of any dispute that may arise between a consumer and our house.
