At about 1 hour from Le CLOS GERALDY charming B&B in Provence with Pool and Spa, there is the very beautiful calanque of Sormiou.
It is part of Marseille. it can be reached either on foot in summer or by car in low season. Access – which is not easy, is in itself already a hike through the scrubland.

On the left of the calanque, the path takes a fairly wide path to the small port. Then it passes over two small pebble beaches before tackling the ascent of the Morgiou ridge. Coming out of the cove at the left end is the prehistoric Cosquer cave.
